Today on 10th October 2018, a Sukhoi Superjet 100-95B of the Yakutia Airlines suffered a runway excursion. The reason for this was that the main landing gear of the aircraft got collapsed right after landing on the Yakutsk Airport. On October 8th, 20-18, one of the Thai Airways Boeing 747-400 coming from Guangzhou skidded off from the runway after making its landing on the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. According to the report, heavy rain has been one of the causes. One of the airline’s representatives told media that no one was injured. The flight carried about 97 passengers along with 18 crew members. Passengers were safely transported to the airport lounge where they waited for their luggage. Our video of today is a flir footage from back in March of 2016 when a Jeep Grand Cherokee managed to get into the NAS (Naval Air Station) Lemoore following its chase by California Highway Patrol vehicles. The jeep crashed into the tail end of a parked F/A-18 Hornet jet. The jeep had two passengers, a female side passenger, and a male driver. Female died on the spot while the male driver died shortly after being transported to Community Regional Medical Centre located in Fresno. First Airbus A220-100 of the Delta Airlines took its maiden flight from Mirabel Airport located in Quebec. The flight which took off at 2:02 pm of the local time was crewed by the A220 program testing pilots. The flight’s total mid-air time was about 2 hours and 53 minutes during which, the crew checked for the whole of the plane’s system and landed it back safely at 4:05 pm. Earlier on Saturday, the Royal Netherlands Air Force scrambled tow of its F-16 fighter jets to escort back a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flight from Abu Dhabi back to Amsterdam. The reason for this sudden escort was the fight that broke out on the plane due to one unruly American passenger. Etihad Airways has announced to increasing a fourth daily service light to London during the four weeks that surrounds Christmas and New York this year. The Abu Dhabi air carrier said that they will increase their flight to London Heathrow airport from December 13th 2018 to January 13th, 2019 to be able to provide the peak demands from their passengers during these festive seasons. All of these aircraft belong to the 56th Fighter Wing, from Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Two Soviet-era Antonov military aircrafts collided with each other during landing on the airport in Sudan’s capital; Khartoum. A video of the whole incident has been released which shows two Sudanese Air Force aircraft landing on the same runway behind one another. Due to this one aircraft came crashing into the other pane at high speed.
