The former Chairman and CEO of the Deutsche Lufthansa AG; Wolfgang Mayrhuber passed away on last Saturday, December 1st, 2018 at the age of 71 years old. He died as he was suffering from a long time serious illness. On 30th November 2018, an Airbus A320 of the Frontier Airlines which took off from the Las Vegas Airport had its right-hand engine cowl broke loose right after its take off. The aircraft was headed on a flight number F9260 from Las Vegas Airport to the Tampa Airport. On 20th May 2018 a Saudi Airlines flight no. SV3818 operated on an Onur Air Airbus A330-200 (TC-OCH) which was scheduled from Median to Dhaka was suddenly diverted to Jeddah when it suffered from a malfunction of the Noise Gear. The aircraft was able to fly and without the Nose Gear being deployed. Many of the passengers onboard were hurt but were safely evacuated from the aircraft on the runaway from emergency slides. On November 28th, 2018; a brand new Airbus A321neo of the VietJet airline which was headed for ad domestic flight from Ho Chi Minh City airport towards the Buon Ma Thuot Airport in Vietnam lost both of its nose gear landing tires after it suffered from a hard landing. These missing Mosaic masterpieces were recovered from a museum located in Ohio, USA.
