To participate in the largest memorial flyover and missing man formation to honor the passing of the former President George H.W. Bush, US Navy has dispatched almost thirty F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet jets from their various units. On 20th May 2018 a Saudi Airlines flight no. SV3818 operated on an Onur Air Airbus A330-200 (TC-OCH) which was scheduled from Median to Dhaka was suddenly diverted to Jeddah when it suffered from a malfunction of the Noise Gear. On November 28th, 2018; a brand new Airbus A321neo of the VietJet airline which was headed for ad domestic flight from Ho Chi Minh City airport towards the Buon Ma Thuot Airport in Vietnam lost both of its nose gear landing tires after it suffered from a hard landing.
