The airline confirmed the news that the flight made an emergency landing in Abu Dhabi on Monday afternoon. On 11th November 2018 total of 282 passengers left onboard an Air France aircraft Boeing 777-330ER on a flight from Paris Airport headed towards Shanghai Pudong. However, the flight number AD116 had to be diverted midway towards Siberia after the cabin crew and passengers noticed a bitter odor and light fumes in the cabin.
