A private Hawker Hunter aircraft of the ATAC private company crashed off the coast of Honolulu, Hawaii. The aircraft reportedly crashed shortly after it took off from Honolulu Airport, which was close to the Joint Base Perl Harbor-Hickman on Wednesday. Photos were posted on Twitter, which shows the pilot ejecting moments before the aircraft was going to crash into the water. According to the local news media, the pilot was a 47 years old civilian contractor who was flying for ATAC. Aeromexico; a Boeing 737-800 hits a drone during approach; damages nose cone and other random places
On December 12th, 2018 a Boeing 737-800 of the Aeromexico was scheduled on a domestic flight no. AM770. The aircraft was headed from Guadalajara Airport to the Tijuana Airport. During its approach at the Tijuana Airport, the aircraft collided with a flying drone in its path. According to media reports, this drone collision resulted in the damage to the aircraft’s nose cone and some other damages to the random places. However, the aircraft did not suffer any major problems and safely landed back on the Tijuana Airport. Back on November 17th, 207 a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-212ER was being towed toward the Terminal 3 of the Singapore-Changi Airport by two tow trucks when it suddenly caught fire. On December 10th, 2018 an Airbus A320neo of the IndiGo Airlines was scheduled on a domestic flight in India from between Jaipur and Kolkata. The flight was suddenly forced to make an emergency landing after smoke started to fill inside the cabin of the aircraft.
