Back on November 17th, 207 a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-212ER was being towed toward the Terminal 3 of the Singapore-Changi Airport by two tow trucks when it suddenly caught fire.
Luckily, at the time of towing, the aircraft did not have any passengers onboard.
If you look at the pictures down below, you will see that the aircraft has been majorly damaged by the fire.
However, there was one technician sitting inside the cockpit of the plane. However, he too was safely evacuated from the burning plane via the emergency slide.
Airport security and services immediately arrived on the scene and started to control the fire.
No injuries were reported. This aircraft before catching fire was scheduled for a flight that would have had took-off from Singapore and land in Hong Kong. The flight was transferred to another aircraft and took-off after a 13 minutes display.
Below you can also see the special video from a mobile camera as the firefighters tried to control the fire.
