Qatar Airways receives 10 Global Service Awards

In October 2018, Qatar Airways, due to its impeccable and comforting services towards its passengers has been able to bag in 10 Global Service awards. The awards have been presented to Qatar Airways by global industry leaders like Business Traveler, Kayak Condé Nast Traveler and CJ Affiliate.

On October 15th, 2018, three of these ten awards were presented at the Business Traveler Awards 2018 for the following

  • Best Long Haul Airline
  • Best Business Class
  • Best Middle East Airline

Qatar Airways receives 10 Global Service Awards

From the Middle East and Africa region, five following awards were presented from Kayak Condé Nast Traveler.

  • Best Airline
  • Best Boarding
  • Best Comfort
  • Best Crew
  • Best Food

Two of these honors were awarded for the following.

  • ‘Best Excellence Award’ at the 2018 CJ You Awards held in California, USA
  • Third place in ‘Top International Airlines’ by Cone Nast Travelers 2018 Reader’s Choice Awards

Qatar Airways Group chief executive; Akbar al-Baker said to media, “as an airline we are continuously striving to provide best services to our passengers and we feel honored on receiving this prestigious volume of awards from prestigious Industry leaders. We will continue to provide our award-winning service for our customers to further increase our customer flying experience.’

Qatar Airways receives 10 Global Service Awards

Being one of the leading airlines in the world, Qatar Airways boasts a massive fleet of more than 200 aircraft which fly business and leisure class trips across six continents.

In the more recent news, the airline has also announced to host new destinations to places like Gothenburg, Sweden; Mombasa, Kenya; and Da Nang, Vietnam.
