Royal Bahraini Air Force presents the Former Royal Air Force C-130J in its own colors

Emirates Airways introduces the new iris and facial recognition technology for its passengers

Back in August of 2017, two of the British Royal Air Force C-130J cargo aircraft carriers were sold to the Bahrain Royal Air Force under the contract of 30M GBP. One of these two Hercules C5s is now registered as Bahrain Amin Flight and is coded as Amin Flight 701 which was formerly ZH880. It is already donning the Royal Bahrain Air Force colors.

To operate these massive carriers, the personnel of the Royal Bahrain Air Force (RBAF) are being trained by the RAF No. 24 Squadron at the RAF base in Brize Norton, UK. Their training started earlier this year.

The export of these two carriers as been under debate in the UK for a long time now since Bahrain was involved in the Saudi-led air strikes in Yemen against the Houthi Rebels. Now after the sale of these two aircrafts to Bahrain, Rights Groups are calling this an

“Unequivocal statement of political and military support for the Bahraini regime”
