After the flightradar24- data was made available to pilot, he still had no clue about the fact at aircraft had caused damage to not only airport infrastructure but also the plane itself until it was traveling high at 36000 feet. The aircraft which took flight at 19:49 local time made its descent to Mumbai airport after 4 hours and 19 minutes of its flight. The plane was already near Oman.

There were 130 passengers and 6 crew members on board of the plane. They were all deplaned safely and fresh beverages were presented to them along with the availability of a new flight with a fresh set of crew.

The cockpit crew; Captain Ganesh Babu and Captain Anurag have both been grounded by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Government of India; pending their investigation.
