On 13th November 2018, a fifth US Air Force T-38 Talon crashed somewhere close to Laughlin Air Base in Del Rio, Texas. According to the inside a source, one of the crew members has died.

The incident took place at about 7:43 local time. The initial report for this crash was released from Laughlin Air Base.

This is the fifth US Air Force T-38 Talon aircraft crash this year.

The air force has released the news for the pilot who was killed and the one who got severely injured during this crash.

The name of the deceased pilot of this crash is Captain John Graziano who was 28 years old. He was the instructor pilot with the 87th Flying Training Squadron.

His fell injured pilot was also of the 87th Flying Training Squadron; named Captain Mark Palyok. He has been released after treatment of his injuries from the Val Verde Regional Medical Center on Wednesday.

The cause of this crash is still under investigation.
