World’s most expensive flight is worth 26000 pounds for a one way ticket

The world’s most expensive flight was launched under Etihad Airways new flight route which connects New York to Mumbai via Abu Dhabi. This is the world’s most expensive flight with shortest connecting time. According to airline, the flight costs about 38000 dollars or 26212 pounds for a one way ticket.

This costly flight is being operated by Etihad’s luxury suite named “The Residence”.




A spokesperson of Etihad also told that there is even a pricier one way ticket that connects New York to Sydney, Australia via Abu Dhabi for a cost of 52000 dollars or 35849 pounds on the luxury suite “The Residence”.

However the connecting times takes a bit longer in Abu Dhabi. The spokesperson also aid tat that fare for this flight can also vary depending upon taxes and exchange rates of currency.

Obviously far from an ordinary economy class, The Residence’s flight is consistent of a bedroom, lounge and a shower room which seems like it belongs to a luxury 5 star hotel room.

The cabin of this expensive flight is consistent of the following features.

For the ground privileges, the customer is entitled to a Chauffer service to airport connections, a concierge service and access to Etihad’s private airport lounge. All of this does makes the hefty price tag of this flight a little more understandable.
