JFK airport rescue services rushed to put fire out on the Delta Airlines Boeing 767’s main landing gear

Earlier this week on October 1st, a Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300’s flight was aborted from takeoff on the runway 13R on the JFK Airport. The reason was the pilots reported the fire of the main landing gear.

The Delta Airlines carrier was set for Flight DL420 from New York to Accra, Ghana. Multiple tyres of the gear suddenly blown out and fire spread out.




The rescue services of the airport came rushing in to stop the fire and also assisted the passengers in the de-boarding process. Luckily there were no injuries in this whole disaster. The fight as also canceled.
