    Boeing B-52 Stratofortress amazing cockpit views, start up, take off and flight footage

    Boeing B-52 Stratofortress is an aircraft of the American air force which is actually a long range, subsonic jet powered strategic bomber aircraft. The aircraft has been manufactured by Boeing Company who to this day provides support and maintenance of this aircraft.

    The bomber has been utilized by the USAF since 1950. It is a might jet that is able to carry approximately 70000 pounds weight worth of weapons on board. The aircraft also has a long combat range of about 8800 miles without the need of refueling.

    Due to its capability of providing outstanding performances at subsonic speeds and also at low operating costs; the aircraft is still in the USAF’s service despite the advent of newer better designs. The last upgrade for the airplane has been carried out back in 2013 and 2015 and it is expected to serve until 2050’s.
